Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Management and delivery of mid to large-scale interactive website design and development projects with an accent on planning deliverables, resource prioritization, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on risk management, client communication, and ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget.

What you will do

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, experience design, strategy, and tech teams.
• Act as focal point for delivery across workstreams while staying updated on daily activities.
• Work closely with discipline leads to meet deliverables, assess changes, risks, and manage hybrid client/hirify.global teams.
• Focus on goals and solutions both large and small.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing projects within established design systems for cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure project team meets objectives and goals on time, on budget, championing quality.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep, proactively identify and solve potential problems.
• Manage client expectations, deliver high-quality service, solicit and act on feedback.
• Communicate project status and recommendations, escalate issues appropriately.
• Remote within Colombia.
• If holding Engineering degree or related, present professional license (verify at copnia.gov.co or consejoprofesional.org.co).

Nice to have

• Experience in project management or KANBAN tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
