What you will do

• Build, test, and iterate internal AI agents and workflow tools for priority business use cases.
• Partner with Product, IT, and Analytics stakeholders to translate requirements into working technical implementations.
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources (CRM, knowledge bases, etc.) via APIs and connectors.
• Transition early concepts and prototypes into usable, maintainable internal products.
• Own the deployment infrastructure for internal agentic applications.
• Apply emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or agentic workflows using tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, or Google ADK.
• Deep understanding of multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, memory/context management, and structured output generation.
• Experience integrating AI systems within AWS and/or GCP environments.
• Ability to design lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and reliability.
• Must possess US work authorization which does not require sponsorship for a visa.
