What you will do

• Execute the community strategic plan and communicate with players through social media channels.
• Create engaging digital content, including guides, short-form videos, static assets, and livestream activations.
• Collaborate with internal production to produce required assets and manage a synchronized content calendar.
• Foster relationships with the fan base and identify key influencers to help evangelize the brand.
• Monitor community sentiment, surface trending topics, and report engagement metrics to internal partners.
• Devise and manage community contests and events, including prize fulfillment.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or customer service roles.
• Proven experience with user moderation and conversation management in digital environments.
• Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Discord, and Twitch.
• Background as a knowledgeable gamer comfortable with online communities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK
