Location: London, United Kingdom (Bromley By Bow base, travel to UK venues and festivals, flexible hours including evenings/weekends). Full UK driving licence required.

What you will do
- Present a professional contact point to receive, prioritise, and log support requests from internal/external customers.
- Escalate issues when necessary and keep customers informed of updates.
- Route requests to other support teams and carry out daily tasks per shift rota.
- Perform hardware builds and installations as directed by senior team members.
- Maintain individual learning records for the apprenticeship provider.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs A*-C (including Maths, English); A-levels ok, but not eligible if completed more than first year of degree.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 & OSX, Microsoft Office, Adobe products.
- Interest in hardware troubleshooting (Dell, Apple, Lenovo).
- Excellent communication skills (written/spoken).
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends; full UK driving licence.
