What you will do

• Define and maintain operational standards, logic frameworks, and QA processes for automation delivery.
• Lead planning, design, and implementation of complex, data-driven automations connecting engagement channels and data sources.
• Own design and execution of cross-system automations extending beyond established frameworks.
• Serve as technical owner for pilot initiatives, evaluating feasibility and translating outcomes into scalable patterns.
• Partner with enablement, data governance, analytics, and cross-channel teams for integration, compliance, and refinements.
• Mentor specialists, maintain documentation, and participate in roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in automation operations, systems enablement, or omni-channel campaign management.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining complex automated workflows and logic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex automation implementations spanning multiple systems and data sources.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills; self-starter with organizational excellence.
