What you will do
- Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for core domains like TimeTabler, balancing established product needs with long-term business goals.
- Lead discovery processes, combining customer needs, market analysis, and commercial viability across the product portfolio.
- Champion user-centric solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and commercial areas to test and validate features.
- Influence senior stakeholders to align on vision, strategy, and roadmap while embedding strong product practices team-wide.
- Use data to measure and communicate product impact, contributing to outcome-focused discussions.
- Maintain expertise in edtech landscape, business context, and user needs as a strategic domain leader.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product management and leadership in complex or data-related domains.
- Experience maintaining and improving established products in technically complex environments, especially legacy or on-premise systems.
- Proven track record in replatforming, migrating customer bases, and driving transformative change based on customer and commercial insights.
- Strong ability to articulate narratives, communicate complex ideas, and influence diverse stakeholders from team to executive level.
- Comfort with ambiguity, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable business results.
- Passion for edtech and interest in AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
