What you will do

• Define and deliver the long-term product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and managing resource allocation.
• Maintain direct product ownership for high-impact products, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope technical requirements and oversee Agile delivery processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering product strategy and vision in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI.
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager with a track record of managing complex, high-growth products.
• Demonstrated success in line management and developing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in data analysis, user research, and ROI estimation.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with technical and collaboration tools such as Git, Notion, and Slack.
