What you will do

• Manage the performance, development, and engagement of a team of 4-6 software engineers.
• Drive the strategic vision of applications in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers.
• Organize team work, set goals, and hold the team accountable for shipping fullstack web applications.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to grow a high-performance team.
• Participate in code reviews and technical/architectural design discussions.
• Foster a culture of growth, ownership, and inclusion across the Product Engineering Department.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering with a focus on both frontend and backend.
• 2+ years of management or team leadership experience in a software development role.
• Ability to design high-traffic scalable web and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON and CRUD.
• High level of proficiency with CI/CD processes.
