What you will do
- Create, automate, and schedule reports using Microsoft SQL, SSIS, and SSRS, including ad hoc reports and data clean-up.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities for processes and SOPs.
- Mentor team members on technical challenges, work prioritization, ticket queue management, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure quality control of deliverables and manage database integrity.
- Draft technical and user documentation and respond to administration team, client, and internal user requests.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent relevant education/work experience.
- 3-5 years in a similar role, including ticketing systems experience.
- Experience with SQL query tools, database architecture, SSRS or web applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and Windows environments.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities and multiple projects independently or in a team.
Nice to have
- Experience in Health & Welfare industry.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
