Location: Flexible work options are available, including remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: CAD 105,000–152,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do
- Research reporting and business data needs, provide status updates, and document reporting tools and procedures.
- Design, develop, deploy, and enhance reporting databases and database reporting applications.
- Automate and streamline processes for business and finance users.
- Build and maintain reports using relational databases, flat files, Business Intelligence tools, Access, and Excel.
- Perform data cleansing, manipulation, integrity testing, and application performance testing across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with senior executive stakeholders and business units to deliver analysis that supports business decisions.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, finance, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with relational or multidimensional databases and SQL coding.
- Experience with complex business analysis, data-flow analysis, and data modeling.
- Strong VBA programming, Access, and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, project management, and process re-engineering skills.
- Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with enterprise reporting applications such as Business Objects, OBIEE, Power BI, Snowflake, or Tableau.
