What you will do

• Own and maintain the end-to-end Salesforce CI/CD pipeline using SFDX and GitHub Actions.
• Administer sandbox environments, coordinate refresh schedules, and ensure environment parity across five delivery teams.
• Implement security configurations (profiles, permission sets, MFA) aligned with FedRAMP and NTIA/DOC ATO requirements.
• Manage Salesforce platform releases, monitor security bulletins, and validate post-upgrade functionality.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the OwnBackup data protection suite, managing policies and restores.
• Enforce deployment governance, including code review gates and minimum test coverage thresholds of 85%+.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce administration experience, with 3+ years focused on DevOps and security.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
• Hands-on proficiency with SFDX CLI, GitHub Actions, Git, and VS Code.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and platform release management.
• Must be eligible for Public Trust (Tier 2 / MBI) security clearance.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with FedRAMP compliance and NIST 800-53 security assessments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Grants Management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption).
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, or other Salesforce-native DevOps tools.
