Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and day-to-day execution of internal technology operations and corporate IT systems.
- Lead AWS cost optimization initiatives to reduce spend without compromising reliability or performance.
- Design and implement security controls across corporate and production environments using DevSecOps practices.
- Manage identity and access (IAM), endpoint management (MDM), SaaS administration, and device lifecycles.
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and documentation for IT performance, system health, and security posture.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, and People teams to ensure tools and processes meet business needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, security, or DevSecOps with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Deep expertise in AWS architecture, operations, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and security tooling.
- Proven track record of delivering meaningful cloud cost savings.
- Strong understanding of security principles like least privilege, defense in depth, and vulnerability management.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits).
Nice to have
- Experience in adtech, martech, or high-scale SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Experience building IT and security functions from the ground up during rapid growth.
- Background supporting distributed or hybrid teams.
