Salary: $57,600 - $107,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for Health & Welfare projects.
- Facilitate project meetings and status calls with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accountability.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues impacting service delivery quality.
- Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities, including requirements gathering, resource scheduling, and testing.
- Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal and client audiences.
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits administration and operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (project or line management).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Industry designations such as GBA, CEBS, or advanced certifications like PMP and Agile.
- Experience with large-scale benefits administration platforms and benefits outsourcing.
- Background in consulting or client services environments.
- Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and data analysis tools.
- Bilingual capabilities.
