Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, USA (Flexibility to work in-office, virtually or a combination of both)

Salary: $57,600 - $107,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for Health & Welfare projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings and status calls with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accountability.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues impacting service delivery quality.
  • Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities, including requirements gathering, resource scheduling, and testing.
  • Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for internal and client audiences.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with legislative changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits administration and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (project or line management).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Industry designations such as GBA, CEBS, or advanced certifications like PMP and Agile.
  • Experience with large-scale benefits administration platforms and benefits outsourcing.
  • Background in consulting or client services environments.
  • Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and data analysis tools.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
