Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and sustain LMS capabilities, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Coordinate with content owners to perform content audits and maintain standards compliance.
  • Manage the course lifecycle using approved naming conventions on ATIS and Blackboard platforms.
  • Train instructors and course managers while resolving high-level ATIS issues.
  • Produce graphics, develop workflows, and generate monthly usage reports.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Army Distributed Learning/LMS course development and administration.
  • Proven experience in community engagement and online training site sustainment.
  • Ability to complete Blackboard training (101/201/301, LCMS-ATRRS) within 30 days of award.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.
