What you will do

• Support the execution of digital communications, including in-game activations, digital item packs, and promotions.
• Lead social media campaigns across Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow and engage online communities.
• Develop monthly content calendars and collaborate with designers to deliver on-brand copy and assets.
• Track and report on campaign and channel performance to provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PR, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment across websites, emails, and in-game messages.
• Provide operational and marketing support for the Call of Duty Endowment Bowl flagship event.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or social media roles.
• Proven track record of supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns from creative development to execution.
• Experience collaborating within large, matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Mailchimp, Sprinklr, or similar social platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Santa Monica, CA.
