What you will do

• Manage cross-category and gaming-specific PR campaigns, from planning to execution.
• Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and executive talking points.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PR agencies and manage media outreach.
• Collaborate with social, influencer, and product marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of global events like CES, Gamescom, and hirify.global G Play.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for future communications strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay, CA Metro Areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of media relations and influencer/creator ecosystems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Basic AI fluency for research and content development.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, gaming, sports, or consumer electronics.
• Knowledge of gaming culture, platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok, and esports.
