What you will do

• Perform on-site and in-house repair and diagnosis of equipment to ensure it meets high performance standards.
• Apply knowledge of complex RF system architecture to the diagnostic process.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers to ensure satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
• Prepare detailed daily logs and reports regarding work hours and inventory usage for each assignment.
• Work independently on moderately complex projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers in professional business environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the installation, repair, and calibration of RF systems.
• Strong understanding of RF concepts and devices.
• Basic knowledge of IP Networking and network configuration principles.
• Ability to travel at least 50% (primarily domestic, with occasional international travel).
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clearance.
• Must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with airport security scanner installation and service.
• Familiarity with terminal applications such as Tera Term.
