What you will do

• Lead and oversee the work of ESS Installation Technicians at project sites while performing installation duties.
• Execute rack and enclosure build-outs, panel terminations, and IP configuration of devices.
• Interpret drawing packages and programming matrices to create the basis of finished systems.
• Maintain strict job schedules, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely completion.
• Document all work, project issues, site readiness, and inventory records using OneNote.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to junior technicians to meet company standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience installing access control and video surveillance in large-scale commercial environments (data centers preferred).
• Proven experience supervising others and providing constructive feedback.
• Proficiency with security systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
• Ability to review and understand Project drawings, Programming Matrices, BOM lists, and SRDs.
• Clean driving record and ability to hold a security clearance/registration for the local jurisdiction.
• Physically able to lift 40lbs, climb ladders, and work in construction site conditions.
