What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and conduct customer demonstrations.
• Provide technical leadership for opportunity support across multiple regions.
• Develop and implement test solutions using Power Analyzers and Oscilloscopes.
• Create and present national seminars and customer training sessions.
• Contribute to the creation of white papers, application notes, and professional articles.
• Coach and mentor regional Applications Engineers supporting Power Electronics customers.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent degree with at least 5 years of experience in RF.
• Proven experience with power electronics test solutions and testing power devices.
• Experience with customers in electrification, motor drives, data center power, and energy infrastructure.
• Must reside in the US and have valid work authorization.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer interface skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global or competitor test equipment.
• Experience in customer-facing and sales environments.
• Programming experience in C/C++, Visual Basic, Matlab, Python, or LabVIEW.
