What you will do

• Perform front office functions including patient check-in, check-out, and prescription refills.
• Interview patients and measure vital signs such as pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.
• Update medication lists and record clinical information in patient charts and EMR systems.
• Manage scheduling for procedures and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring.
• Handle clerical tasks including mail distribution, filing, scanning, and phone support.
• Process medical record requests in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant diploma or certification from an accredited institution.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bullhead City, Arizona.
• 1-2 years of front or back office experience preferred.
• Ability to use a stethoscope and standard office equipment (computer, scanner, printer).
• Ability to multi-task and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
