PSC Manager - Oklahoma City, OK

What you will do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens while maintaining integrity and following aseptic procedures.
• Verify patient identification, test requisitions, and resolve discrepancies with physicians or leadership.
• Track specimens, log collections, and report KPIs biweekly to product management.
• Manage phlebotomy equipment, supplies, vendors, and scheduling; handle onboarding and training of phlebotomists.
• Monitor blood draw distribution, customer feedback, and small escalations.
• Maintain safe work environment, comply with regulations, and complete required trainings including HIPAA.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience; High School Diploma required (BS/BA preferred).
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience.
• Managing/supervising phlebotomy operations preferred; Phlebotomy Certification preferred (mandatory if state-regulated).
• General phlebotomy knowledge per state regulations.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to use online tools.
• Must maintain current hirify.global training status.
