What you will do

  • Own the North American partner strategy for Retail POS, defining the playbook for pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
  • Drive regional partner-led revenue and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing organization of people managers and individual contributors.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to unify the GTM engine and reduce channel conflict.
  • Identify and operationalize new distribution channels, such as ERP integrations.
  • Provide data-backed feedback to inform the product roadmap and partner enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or GTM leadership with P&L/quota accountability.
  • Proven track record of hiring and leading large teams, including managing other managers.
  • Deep domain expertise in B2B SaaS, retail technology, POS, or payments.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into strategic decisions.
