Salary: $175,000 - $230,000 CAD

What you will do
- Architect the North American partner strategy for Retail POS to drive partner-sourced revenue and customer acquisition.
- Identify, launch, and operationalize new partnership motions and distribution channels (e.g., ERP).
- Lead and develop a multi-layered organization of partner growth managers and individual contributors.
- Establish clear KPIs, forecasting discipline, and performance management frameworks in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Serve as the voice of the partner to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritize enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with direct Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to reduce channel conflict and drive revenue efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or GTM leadership with direct P&L or quota accountability.
- Proven track record of hiring and scaling large teams, including managing other managers.
- Deep domain expertise in B2B SaaS, retail technology, POS, or payments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English is required as the working language.
- Candidate must be hired to perform work within Ontario, Canada.
