What you will do

• Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of learning and talent programs for the Toronto site, including onboarding and manager development.
• Operationalize an AI enablement strategy by identifying high-friction workflows and redesigning them using LLMs and automation.
• Partner with senior leaders and Workplace teams to activate the local office as a culture and development hub.
• Act as a strategic consultant to reframe business requests into solution pathways such as AI augmentation and workflow redesign.
• Track and measure engagement, adoption, and business impact of learning initiatives at the site level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning strategy, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
• Strong background in instructional design with a focus on measurable behavior change.
• Experience designing and scaling manager development programs.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the local office ecosystem.
