What you will do

• Develop theatre strategies and marketing plans across EMEA regions, segments, and industries to land and expand enterprise accounts.
• Build and execute scalable programs, events, and account-based tactics while jumping in to support the team.
• Partner with sales leadership through presentations, recommendations, and QBRs to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Manage remote team: hire, onboard, mentor, and foster high-performance culture with talent development and succession planning.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to track leads, ROI, and business impact; optimize programs continuously.
• Own EMEA marketing budget and advocate regional needs to corporate marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in marketing with track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Proven coaching, change management, and talent development skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong data storytelling, analytics fluency, and ability to derive insights for business decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite executives and partners.
• Ability to travel as needed for events and team meetings.
