What you will do

• Define product positioning and messaging, translating technical features into business value.
• Build revenue enablement assets like pitch decks, battle cards, demo environments, and workflow guides.
• Support customer lifecycle communications across email and in-app channels with Growth Squads.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market for new features, coordinating with Product and customer-facing teams.
• Conduct customer research, usage audits, and win/loss analysis to improve product-market fit.
• Own social proof on platforms like G2 and Capterra for strategic use and AEO.

Requirements

• Based in Europe for high time overlap with team.
• 3-6 years in Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing in PLG environment.
• Excellent English (C1 minimum) for clear, compelling messaging.
• Strong project management to execute across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CMS, AI tools, and data analytics for behavioral insights.
• Strategic thinking, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in startup setting.
