What you will do

• Architect comprehensive theater strategies and scalable programs across regions, segments, and industries to drive enterprise account growth.
• Execute account-based tactics, world-class events, and growth plans while jumping in to support your team.
• Partner with Sales leadership as a strategic advisor through presentations, insights, and QBRs.
• Track lead flow to revenue, optimize conversion metrics, and maximize ROI with Sales Ops.
• Manage, mentor, and hire a geographically dispersed team, fostering high performance and leadership development.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and data-informed strategies to demonstrate marketing impact and allocate budgets efficiently.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in marketing with track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Proven coaching, change management, and talent development skills in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional data storytelling, analytics fluency, and executive communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills to build trust with C-suite and partners.
• Mobility and ability to travel for events and team meetings
