What you will do

• Lead daily fulfillment center operations, overseeing the processing of lottery ticket orders.
• Train, mentor, and support the professional development of team members to enhance overall performance.
• Establish best practice frameworks and standard operating procedures to ensure optimal facility efficiency.
• Manage employee scheduling, timecard approvals, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Oversee full facility management, including maintenance and coordination with local lottery representatives.
• Execute cash balance reporting and communicate regularly with regional and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of operations and people management experience.
• Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in personnel management, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Requirement to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
