What you will do

• Architect agentic AI systems for MCP servers and multi-agent environments in partnership with product managers and data engineers.
• Design and implement RAG and GraphRAG pipelines grounded in accurate, real-time data.
• Develop infrastructure for seamless AI experiences integrating Salesforce technologies and open-source tools.
• Translate data science evaluation metrics into scalable production services.
• Establish frameworks to measure and improve agent performance continuously.
• Define coding standards, testing strategies, and produce technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology or related.
• 8+ years as full-stack software engineer developing web and AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of embedding models, LLM grounding, and agentic AI skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, Agentforce, hirify.global, NoSQL/Graph databases (Neo4j, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis), vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone).
• Proficient in Python/Java back-end, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate AI research into engineering solutions and think strategically about AI technologies.
