What you will do

• Design search & retrieval systems with robust indices for complex AI agent retrievals across hirify.global data.
• Architect agentic retrieval layer including semantic layers and embedding pipelines.
• Build inference infrastructure for attribution and causal modeling with Decision Scientists.
• Drive operational excellence in data quality, latency, and index freshness.
• Lead AI integration & automation across databases, APIs, and orchestration layers.
• Define technical roadmap aligned with Data Cloud migration and mentor data/AI engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering or related role
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Informatica)
• Strong data modeling, SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hirify.global ecosystem including Data Cloud
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Related technical degree

Nice to have

• Building semantic search, embedding pipelines, RAG systems
• Vector databases and AI/ML infrastructure
• Supporting Decision/Data Science on causal/attribution modeling
• Mentoring and driving technical standards
