Salary: $187,000 - $271,150

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise vision and operating model for the Integration Hub, Streaming Data Platform, and API Gateway.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across data engineering, software engineering, architecture, and platform reliability.
• Drive modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Operationalize AI and ML models within decisioning workflows, ensuring auditability and model risk management compliance.
• Integrate Customer Data Platforms (CDP) with streaming layers to enable real-time segmentation and personalization.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional programs and multi-million-dollar budgets with strict KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of experience in technology or data organizations.
• 5-7+ years of experience leading people leaders and senior technical leaders.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and API gateway platforms.
• Experience with event streaming and modern integration patterns (microservices, service mesh) in regulated industries.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data and API platforms specifically within financial services.
