Salary: $264,103 – $369,743

What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy for the Software Development organization across multiple domains.
• Architect, design, and execute the technical roadmap for key applications in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Identify and implement novel AI applications to enhance user experiences and development efficiency.
• Promote software best practices including CI/CD, modular architectures, and scalable systems.
• Mentor software developers up to the Principal level.
• Present complex technical strategies to senior leadership, including SVPs and the CEO.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience writing and deploying production software.
• 7+ years of experience with distributed backend systems and AWS.
• Proven track record of making technical decisions that scale over time.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to VP-level leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or flight software.
• Background in the aerospace industry.
• Experience researching and incorporating modern AI/ML tools.
