Salary: $264,103 – $369,743

What you will do
- Lead the technical strategy for the Software Development organization across multiple domains.
- Architect, design, and execute the technical roadmap for key applications in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Identify and implement novel AI applications to enhance user experiences and development efficiency.
- Promote software best practices including CI/CD, modular architectures, and scalable systems.
- Mentor software developers up to the Principal level.
- Present complex technical strategies to senior leadership, including SVPs and the CEO.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience writing and deploying production software.
- 7+ years of experience with distributed backend systems and AWS.
- Proven track record of making technical decisions that scale over time.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to VP-level leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience in design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or flight software.
- Background in the aerospace industry.
- Experience researching and incorporating modern AI/ML tools.
