What you will do

• Commission and optimize AV systems in the field, adjusting audio, video, displays, control, and networking equipment.
• Collaborate with system programmers for control system functionality, code loading, and troubleshooting.
• Lead teams on large projects and provide simple code/touch panel updates under programmer direction.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, stay current on technology and firmware.
• Mentor and remotely support other field engineers.

Requirements

• Live within New England territory and possess valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• 5+ years as Field Engineer with field installation/system design experience.
• AVIXA CTS Certification required; CTS-D/CTS-I preferred.
• Networking knowledge/certifications; DSP cert from Biamp/QSC/BSS; Crestron/Extron level one cert.
• Excellent verbal/written English and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with AV and network-based systems; ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
