• Lead and execute engine controls development and validation activities at customer sites.
• Support engine commissioning and resolve complex technical challenges encountered in the field.
• Analyze technical data to deliver actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between development teams in the USA and Europe to ensure technical alignment.
• Define and execute work packages to improve product technologies and support technical training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the development and validation of control systems for internal combustion engines.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the working time to customer sites.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
