What you will do

  • Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
  • Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability.
  • Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Identify trends in the patient experience and share feedback to improve internal processes and products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chesterfield, MO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior customer service experience in retail, call centers, or other customer-facing environments.
