What you will do
- Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
- Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability.
- Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
- Identify trends in the patient experience and share feedback to improve internal processes and products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chesterfield, MO.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior customer service experience in retail, call centers, or other customer-facing environments.
