What you will do

• Contribute to business strategy development and execution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and budgeting.
• Promote compliance, risk awareness, and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as key contact with regulators and prepare accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with audit, risk functions, and external stakeholders.
• Lead team across business functions and implement risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA advantageous
• 7-10 years in investment business/capital markets/brokerage, 5+ at senior management
• Understanding of markets including OTC derivatives, CFDs, equities.
• Track record leading organization with financial/operational responsibilities.
• Strong regulator relationships; satisfy fit and proper requirements
• Fluency in English; no other employment, full-time commitment
• Leadership, communication, commercial acumen in fast-paced environment.
