hirify.global AG (Ino) is a small international remote startup developing ML/AI tools for preventive health, longevity, and healthy aging.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end platform development with strong backend emphasis on APIs, data models, and service boundaries.
• Implement and maintain backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and integrate frontend features using React and Next.js, improving performance and test coverage.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and modern development practices including testing.

Requirements

• Valid EU work permit and professional proficiency in verbal and written English
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field
• 7+ years in modern full-stack development
• Robust Node.js, relational databases, cloud engineering, authentication systems
• Strong TypeScript, modern testing (unit/integration/E2E/load), familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, tRPC, GCP, Auth0, Playwright, Tailwind CSS
• Proactive, self-driven, strong communicator able to work independently and in small teams

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
