Salary: $100,000 – $129,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain bottom-up cost estimating models for wind, solar, and storage assets across all project phases.
• Use statistical and forecasting tools to model maintenance spend and equipment risk profiles.
• Collaborate with O&M, engineering, procurement, and FP&A teams to validate cost assumptions.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize key model inputs and outputs.
• Utilize AI tools to automate routine data processing and extract commercial data from contracts.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes through cost breakdown and scenario analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy plant operations (solar, wind, or BESS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and financial disciplines.
• Must be based in or near the specified US office locations.
• Will not sponsor non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lifecycle cost analysis and predictive maintenance modeling.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of renewable project finance and Independent Engineer requirements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
