What you will do

• Lead public company reporting, including the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and earnings releases.
• Oversee global accounting operations, consolidations, and internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Manage external audits, quarterly reviews, and interface with the Audit and Disclosure Committees.
• Drive the standardization of global accounting policies and ensure strict compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Direct the upgrade of critical financial systems and redesign processes to produce useful operating metrics.
• Lead and mentor a diverse accounting team, establishing an organizational structure to support significant business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA certification.
• Over 10 years of professional experience, including mandatory Big 4 experience.
• Strong expertise in revenue recognition principles, specifically within high-tech software sales and complex deal structures.
• Significant experience managing SEC reporting and operational transaction processing for a global public company.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and leading accounting teams during periods of expansion.
• Location: Must be based in Petah Tikva, Israel.
