What you will do

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process across global entities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and implement automation tools and optimize NetSuite to reduce close cycle time.
• Design and embed SOX-ready internal controls within all accounting workflows to ensure IPO readiness.
• Oversee core accounting areas, including General Ledger, deferred commissions (ASC 340-40), and fixed assets.
• Lead the preparation of internal financial reporting packages and perform analytical reviews of results.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals.

Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) required.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including SaaS-specific revenue recognition and commissions capitalization.
• Experience with multinational environments, consolidations, and foreign subsidiaries.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with NetSuite being a significant advantage.
