What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring timely US GAAP-compliant reporting across all entities.
• Lead financial statement preparation, technical accounting (ASC 606 revenue, ASC 842 leases), and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive close process improvements via automation and standardization; oversee GL, payroll, AP, and AR operations.
• Manage internal controls, SOX readiness, governance, and external audit execution from planning to deliverables.
• Build and scale high-performing accounting team with clear accountability and development paths.
• Partner on manufacturing/inventory accounting and lead IPO readiness with SEC-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive accounting/finance leadership with corporate accounting ownership
• Strong US GAAP expertise; proven SOX/internal controls leadership
• Deep technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Multi-entity experience including intercompany and consolidations
• Executive communication to influence cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
