What you will do

• Partner with executive management to define and drive hirify.global M&A priorities.
• Lead engagement with companies across diverse ecosystems, markets, and geographies.
• Identify and build a pipeline of non-organic growth opportunities and strategic projects.
• Manage the entire M&A lifecycle, including deal structuring, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams across product, technology, legal, and finance.
• Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) planning.

Requirements

• Top university degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in M&A, corporate development, or investments, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to apply sound business judgment strategically.
• Proven interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships that facilitate deal flow.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and uncertain environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
