What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaborative high-performance culture
• Take active role in hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Drive design and implementation of core product features across backend and frontend
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from ideation to production
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Solutions teams
• Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead role
• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Experience with complex, production-grade systems
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue/React, and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based applications
• Experience with B2B or enterprise customers
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
