What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of key domains within a complex, high-impact system, driving technical decisions, execution, and outcomes.
• Lead a team of engineers through design, implementation, and delivery, setting standards for code quality, architecture, testing, and reliability.
• Remain hands-on in a modern full-stack environment (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes), contributing to production systems.
• Solve complex engineering challenges, influence system architecture, and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach engineers, support career growth, and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Apply AI-driven tools and practices to enhance development velocity and engineering effectiveness.

Requirements

• Senior engineer with 5+ years of professional experience, including proven experience leading engineers and owning complex production systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern stacks (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes) and pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Comfortable setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and accountable for team outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineers, balancing delivery with team health.
• Strong sense of engineering craftsmanship and track record of improving codebases and practices.
