What you will do
- Conduct market research and SWOT analyses to identify trends and opportunities for dialysis center expansion and profitability.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and business models tailored to various segments and locations.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and strategic alliances with hospitals and nephrologist groups.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the full expansion cycle from lead generation to deal closing, tracking performance metrics.
- Manage sales data, opportunities, and customer interactions using Salesforce (ALEXIS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the renal market, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
- Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.
