What you will do
- Own end-to-end forecasting and replenishment for the Drug channel (CVS, Walgreens), including weekly demand planning and inventory monitoring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CVS and Walgreens inventory teams, managing bi-weekly cadence calls.
- Establish and manage a store audit and execution process to ensure best-in-class coverage at launch.
- Monitor retailer POS and external forecast accuracy, conducting root cause analysis when metrics drift.
- Lead pre and post-analysis on promotional activity to quantify lift and sharpen future planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Analytics to align internal production with external demand.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain with exposure to major retail accounts.
- Proven track record of owning external retailer relationships and influencing replenishment decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building reporting and planning infrastructure.
- Experience managing forecasting at the retailer/SKU level and tracking accuracy metrics.
- Experience supporting or owning a retail launch process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.

- Drug channel experience (CVS, Walgreens), particularly familiarity with their inventory systems and portals.
