What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, user-facing features using TypeScript and React.
• Drive the technical direction for client-side architecture and establish quality patterns across the team.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure high standards for developer UX and interaction quality.
• Build and utilize AI agents to accelerate the internal development workflow.
• Mentor less tenured engineers, helping them navigate technical challenges and advance their careers.
• Monitor and improve client-side performance across all supported operating systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA, USA
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
