What you will do

• Own the mid-term capability roadmap and long-term technical strategy for AI Foundations.
• Lead and mentor ML engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
• Ensure coherent technical direction and operational rigor across ML Platform, ML Bots, and Production AI teams.
• Establish shared operational practices for production ML, including observability and Responsible AI standards.
• Partner with game studios to identify AI adoption challenges and integrate them into platform tooling.
• Manage AI vendor relationships and the transition from research to production.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including roles as a Senior ML Engineer or higher.
• 4+ years of management experience, specifically managing other managers or team leads.
• Proven track record of shipping production ML systems with significant operational weight.
• Experience translating technical vision into executable roadmaps.
• Must have valid US work authorization
