Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Define long-term vision and multi-year strategies for core user experiences on mobile app and platform to achieve business growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to align on solutions and execute seamlessly.
• Partner with UX research to translate user needs and market trends into features via discovery and specifications.
• Manage full product lifecycle: ideation, specs, development, launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Build and lead AI initiatives and ensure scalable, automated platform.
• Drive product growth by identifying gaps and launching engagement-boosting features.
• Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and priorities to executives and teams, leading agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience across full stack (app to platform), improving UX, engagement, performance, scalability; ideally mobile/subscription businesses
• Proficiency in data analysis for decisions, validation, metrics.
• Track record prioritizing initiatives tied to business goals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web/app experiences.
• Strong communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Direct user testing, A/B/multivariate testing, data analysis experience.
• Thrive in startup/high-ambiguity environments.
