What you will do
- Own full P&L accountability for DTC new customer revenue across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
- Lead and scale the creative strategist and editor team to produce 80-150+ net-new variants weekly.
- Develop and execute a statistical testing framework for creative hooks and landing page congruence.
- Optimize the full conversion funnel including listicles, advertorials, VSLs, and quiz funnels.
- Build and maintain contribution margin waterfalls, CAC/LTV models, and payback period analysis.
- Directly manage a team of approximately 20 specialists, including media buyers and CRO analysts.
Requirements
- Proven experience personally managing $100K+ daily Meta spend on a single brand as an employee.
- Deep expertise in CRO pattern recognition and funnel structure optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to direct high-converting hooks and CTAs.
- Expert-level proficiency in Ads Manager and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in high-performance management, including hiring and firing.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, founder-led environment with direct reporting to the CEO.
